I disagree with what I say
words can also be noise.
I really say more of how I feel
when I am quiet
and let my blood speak.
Then you can hear the message
of flow.
It's like listening to a stream
It makes music
not words.

with my arms
most is said through my body.
Words are barriers.
They don't say enough.
