One of the things
do not like about Covid
is the fact
my being 80
is a risk factor.
Don’t like this
put in my face.
Before Covid,
I was a perpetual
six-year-old
and
some friends called me
a perpetual teenager also.
But now with Covid,
I am restricted to life
of an 80-year-old.
I’m told not to fly
not to even think of it.
That it will be
years away.
Before Covid,
I could enjoy
crowds and gatherings.
Covid itself
is a shelter-in-place.
No restaurants
Not being able to see
crowds of people.
