My Friend is a two legged fireplace
I’m still warmed and still cozied
from enjoying his company
as we sat on soft leather chairs
just drinking tea and wasting time
in a giant sized almost emptied Starbucks.
His calm balancing and offering me warmth
even now remembering the next day.
