My body is crumbling away
like sand in an hourglass.
So hard for me to experience
My body crumbling away
But my imagination
Holds big and growing
like a fast growing
Cabbage grows
in lands where there is
Plenty of light.
I too have plenty of light
in my life now.
Access to singing birds
Winds massaging my cheeks
Friends emailing and calling
to see how I am.
