I try to not knock
myself out.
Travel here –
Travel there
with a little thought
of the fragileness
of my 84-year-old body.
Then when I knock
myself out
fell very decrepit
and extremely old.
It is a though
a big wooden match has striked
inside me
and Wham!
a poem pops up
waiting to land on paper
and into your ears.
