no exams to study for
no senior prom
to try and lose weight for
No term paper to finish
No decision which college
or should I marry him or not.
I am 75
and look back
in the large rear view mirror
of my life
and savor delicious memories
can toss what did not fit at the time
and enjoy the juicy now
of the moment
