of long room
looking around at people.
So many freshly cut haircuts
on both men and women.
A elderly couple near me
are enjoying each other.
Sitting here in dining room
watching people interact.
There is a middle-aged couple
He is lovingly lightly
pecking at her to respond.
She sits very still
but he still enjoys her
a lot.
Each table holding
a story –
I open my pen to receive
vibes of their lives.
