Grateful for the act
of writing poetry-
all I have to do is
toss onto a pad
of writing paper
my thoughts
and feelings
And! The pad
magically sorts
them all out.
Then! When I read
them to my Front Porch
group!
Their appreciation
kindly gives grace
to newly newborn poems.
