Stillness and balance
Long fingers flow
from wrist, arm, shoulder
flowing me into another
eyes half shut
posture good without strain
Balance
center top of head
Came from wood
Stillness is all
no reaching.
Came from tree
Then from a branch
Whittled, smoothed
Now just balance
