The corner by the post
Has become a womb-like
Protected place for me.
The brilliant oranges
Pumping to me the strength
Of their colors and juice.
I go here to see
All the artistry,
But yesterday was different.
Easy was cutting
Down these oranges.
He wanted to get them all.  
I asked him why?
"So the new buds could grow,"
he explained.
And so with me -
The love of Harold has to be lost
So new growth can occur.
