I guess the road
to recovery is slow
with lots of stops and detours
and even
running out of gas.
Guess the destination
and map nurses gave me
gets misplaced in rubble
of journey to health.
So many bits and pieces
of my life
disjointed and laying
upside down and misplaced
as if in a goat’s stomach.
Hope time will settle
and sort out
as the journey to health
continues.
